Lagu dan Filem

• Few days ago aku tengok cerita kat TV2, Tortilla Soup - if I’m not mistaken. Yup I like the camera work. How they focus on food preparing. Macam rancangan masakan plak. Tapi cerita ni aku rasa Hollywood version of Eat Drink Man Woman arahan Ang Lee sebelom dia buat Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon. Early 90s kot. Ada nama dia as a script writer. Then lepas dia menang Academy Award tahun 2000 kot baru citer ni di buat (2001). Aku tatau la penah tgk tak EDMW pasal dulu aku tgk citer hentam ja tatau nak nilai smthg beyond that. But as what I read in http://www.imdb.com/ rasanya cenggitu la adenyer. Aku rasa citer bagus cume kalo nak pilih pelakon bagi la kat karan johar. Lazat sket nak tgk. Heheheh!
  
  
• Melalot plak, ekceli dlm filem nih aku suker satu lagu Perhaps, Perhaps, Perhaps. Yup dah banyak kali aku dengar tapi aku selalu tak ingat nak cari lagu nih. So masa tgk citer nih aku terus set reminder. Lagu (lirik dan musik) nih asalnya lagu oleh org Cuba, Osvaldo Farrés lama dah… tahun 1947 kot. Tajuk dia Quizás, Quizás, Quizás. Then seperti biasa zaman dolu kala mana ada intenet. Negara Cuba pon silap-silap orang mesia tak penah dengar. Jadik kalo orang dulu2 copy jer lagu tuh (sekarang pon) mana orang tau – teringat kat satu paper yg claim one of great song of P. Ramlee is actually folk song for a tribe in africa/sahara kot (or in another place that I can’t recall). So ader sorang omputih (Joe Davis) sudah tukar itu lirik ke english and di popularkan oleh Nat King Cole dlm album dia Cole en Español (1958)
  
  
• Tapi version yang aku suker dengar versi pompuan nyanyian Doris Day. Ekceli banyak lagi yang nyanyi including Xavier Cugat, Mantovani, The Stargazers, Pepe Jaramillo, Cake & banyak lagi.
  
  
• Kalo korang masih blurr lagik ngan lagu nih, versi malayu pon ader. Ala… lagu si R. Azmi (aku dok cari nak donlod tak jupe) yang bunyinya macam ni “ dari kerana mata, yang mempunyai kuasa, oooo aku tergoda, aku tergoda ter… bla bla bla”. Tapi yg melayu nih dia tak tiru yg original version. Music dia guna versi yang ditiru oleh Bollywood - Babuji dhere chalna, lagu dari filem Aar Paar terbitan early 50s kot. • Ekceli lagu nih aku dah noticed sblm filem Tortilla Soup ni lagi. Antaranya pilem Wong Kar Wai, In The Mood For Love (lakonan Tony Leung and Maggie Cheung). Rasanya dalam Happy Together (jugak arahan Wong Kar Wai kot, lakonan tony Leung dgn yang bunuh diri terjun bangunan tuh..nama aperntah… Leslie Cheung kot) tapi yang buat aku suke sangat masa tengok Gael Garcia Bernal (one of my faveret-nanti aku buat entry pasal dia) nyanyi dalam Bad Education (La Mala Edu…. – tatau nak eja dlm spanish) arahan Pedro Almadovar (my another faveret ) seksi sangat. Sape-sape yang dah tengok mungkin tau. Aku pon sbb tgk dia menang award, so carik la. Tapi theme dia sama ngan Brokeback Mountain (Broke my back Laughing?), dan Happy Together (jugak menang best director and best actor kat Cannes 1997) tadik. What eva the theme yg penting the film can still be remembered as one of my faveret. So ni lagu yang getik sikit kalo tgk aksi Gael. Kalo korang rasa nak getik sorang2 kat bilik dengar la lagu nih.
